These terms apply to purchases from 4smarts.com.au, operated by 4smarts Pty Ltd (ABN 70 665 609 129), Shop 5, 313–323 Crown Street, Wollongong NSW 2500, Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product specifications are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice.

2. Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we have already accepted.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Change of mind returns, faulty goods and our 12-month warranty are covered in our Refund Policy.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law described in section 6.

8. Safe use

Please follow the instructions and safety information supplied with each product, especially for charging and battery products. Use chargers and cables that are rated for your device.

9. Website content

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
