Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our store in Wollongong, NSW, via Australia Post with tracking. We currently ship within Australia only, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $6.99, or free on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping is $9.99.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard delivery usually takes 4–6 business days and Express 1–2 business days to most metro areas. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with your Australia Post tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I pick up my order from your shop?
Our retail shop is at Shop 5, 313–323 Crown Street, Wollongong. Email us before you visit so we can check the item is in store.
Returns & warranty
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes – within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
What warranty do I get?
Every product comes with a 12-month warranty against defects. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
My product is faulty or arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us your order number with a photo or short video of the issue. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover the return postage for faulty items.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Products
Are your chargers suitable for Australian power points?
Yes. Products sold on 4smarts.com.au that come with a wall adapter are supplied with an Australian plug.
Are your products RCM certified?
Our Multi-Device Charging Station 100W is RCM certified for the Australian market. For any other product, email us and we'll send you the compliance information we hold for it.
Will a product work with my phone?
Each product page lists compatibility in the description and specs. If you're unsure, email us your device model and we'll check for you.
Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely – we never see or store your full card details.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes, all prices are in AUD and include GST.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
Yes – for offices, schools and corporate gifts, see our Wholesale & Distributor page or email us.
